Built to plug into the stack you already use
The tools charge before the channel earns.
An affiliate program is the cheapest acquisition channel you can run — you only pay when a sale closes. Then the software that runs it asks for $49 a month before a single affiliate has signed up.
Fixed cost on day one
$49 to $1,000 a month from the moment you sign up, whether the channel produces a dollar or not. For a founder at a few hundred in MRR, that is the whole month gone.
Free tiers with a trapdoor
The generous plans have a ceiling. Cross $1k tracked or $12k ARR and you jump to a flat monthly fee — often gated on revenue your affiliates had nothing to do with.
So the channel never gets tried
Founders skip it, or run it on a spreadsheet and manual PayPal transfers, and never find out whether it would have worked.
Nothing up front. Nothing monthly.
No plan to choose and no card to enter. Here is what that gets you against everyone else — and the only bill we will ever send you.

3% of affiliate sales, nothing else
Three simple steps to get your program running, and keep it running.
Connect your payment provider
Affiliates use one of your links or codes
Every affiliate gets a ref parameter, a short URL and a Stripe coupon code. The ref is baked into the redirect, so customers can't strip it out on the way to checkout.

Payouts done easy, we help you all the way
Review commissions, export to PayPal or Wise, pay in a few clicks. We invoice 3% of the revenue we tracked, monthly, in arrears.
Built for teams who would rather ship the product than babysit an affiliate program.
Recurring attribution that survives the messy parts
Trial to paid, upgrades, downgrades, refunds, coupons, multiple subscriptions on one customer. Attribution accuracy is where a partner tool earns trust, so it is where we spend our time.
A hosted portal your affiliates actually use
Clicks, conversions and earnings in one dashboard. Affiliates always know exactly what they are owed, without emailing you to ask.
Your brand, your subdomain
Affiliates sign in at partners.yoursaas.com, themed to match your product. Your program looks like yours, not like ours.
Choose what counts as a conversion
Purchases, sign-ups or qualified page views — useful when you run freemium or usage-based pricing and the first dollar arrives late. Set your own payout percentage per goal.
Payouts without the spreadsheet
Approve commissions and export a payout run to PayPal or Wise. Threshold-based automatic payouts are next on the roadmap.
A record for every click
Every click, conversion and commission decision is stored and queryable. Approve or decline any commission, and see exactly why a sale was or wasn't credited.
Every commission can be explained.
Attribution is only worth anything if you can audit it. Every click, conversion and commission decision is stored with the reasoning attached — which click earned it, what Stripe event produced it, and why it was approved, held or declined.
- A record for every click, kept whether it converts or not
- The full journey from first touch to paid invoice
- Approve or decline any commission, with the reason stored
- Auto-decline rules for traffic you don't want credited

“We wanted an affiliate program for our own product and couldn't justify $49 a month before a single referral had closed. Every tool we looked at wanted paying before the channel had proven anything. So we are building the one we wanted: free to run, forever, and we only get paid when you do.”
Straight answers.

What does it actually cost?
Nothing per month. We take 3% of the revenue we attribute to an affiliate, billed monthly in arrears. If your affiliates drive $0 in a month, your invoice is $0. There is no seat limit, no contact limit and no revenue ceiling that pushes you onto a paid plan.
Do you charge on revenue my affiliates didn't drive?
No. Some tools gate their free tier on your total ARR, which means the MRR you earned yourself can push you onto a paid plan. We only ever look at revenue we attributed to an affiliate.
How does tracking work with free trials?
The click is recorded when the visitor arrives, and the attribution is held against the customer through the trial. When Stripe fires the first successful invoice, the commission is created against the affiliate who drove the original click.
What happens on refunds and chargebacks?
The commission is reversed automatically. If it was already paid out, it is deducted from the affiliate's next payout run. You are never billed 3% on revenue that came back.
Do I need to change my payment flow?
No. You connect Stripe and we listen to webhooks. Checkout stays exactly as it is, and your money continues to flow directly to your own Stripe account — we never hold customer funds.
Can I track recurring commissions?
Yes. Recurring subscription revenue is what the attribution engine was built around, including upgrades, downgrades and plan changes over the lifetime of the customer.
How do I pay my affiliates?
You approve commissions and export a payout run to PayPal or Wise. It is a few clicks rather than a spreadsheet reconciliation. Automatic threshold-based payouts are on the roadmap.
Who is this not for?
Large teams that need enterprise partner management, sales-led co-selling or a marketplace of pre-existing affiliates. PartnerStack does that well and charges accordingly. We are built for founders still shipping the product themselves.
